We invite applications for the position of Corporate/Commercial Lawyers
The candidates should have:
? At least 3 years post qualification experience in commercial matters with experience in corporate finance, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, compliance & corporate governance;
? Ability to handle PRC related transactions;
? Excellent drafting and communication skills in both English and Chinese;
? Good command of English and Putonghua
