ASSOCIATE / SENIOR CONSULTANT - COMPANY FIDUCIARY AND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES

Company Fiduciary and Accounting Services (CFAS)
We are a team of experienced professionals providing practical and effective assistance to clients’ corporate secretarial, accounting and payroll functions to enable timely satisfaction of statutory compliance requirements and to free up clients' resources to focus on their primary business.

Responsibilities

Support seniors to handle a full range of company secretarial duties for the clients
Assist in the formation of a Hong Kong company and offshore company or the acquisition of a shelf company in Hong Kong or overseas as well as registration of a Hong Kong branch or representative office for overseas companies
Assist in the ongoing maintenance of Hong Kong and overseas companies including the filing of the necessary returns with the Companies Registry


Requirements
A degree holder preferably in Corporate Governance but not essential
Student member of ICSA / HKICS will be an advantage
One to two years of relevant company secretarial experience
Proficient in English and Chinese. Putonghua is preferable
Chinese writing and reading skill is essential
A team player with strong initiative and able to work under pressure Interested applicants, please send full resume with current and expected salary via (quoting reference number)
