Paralegal

Job Description

The Paralegal will provide legal support to the firm's lawyers. Key responsibilities include:

• assist in the preparation of documents, including agreements, regulatory applications, and other legal instruments
• conduct research and draft legal memoranda
• conduct due diligence on transactions and manage documents
• manage ad hoc assignment as assigned by firm's lawyers

The successful candidate should:

• hold a law degree from a common law jurisdiction
• be highly proficient in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
• be self-organized, conscientious and self motivated as well as mature and professional in nature
• have the ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks
• have good interpersonal and analytical skills
• be a good team player
• be well versed with computers and comfortable learning new software applications
